Configuration parameters

The TimeLink devices use a text based protocol over UDP, the 'address'configuration parameter must be set as shown below.

address	The driver expects the 'address' parameter to be set to the device's IP address, followed by a colon and the portmber used by the device. Factory default for the port number is 9500, but this may be changed through the Web-GUI of these devices. Example: `192.168.1.245:9500`
